Voice Quality Management
LeadPoint provides two premium voice offerings, each with distinct quality controls.
Voice Direct
LeadPoint Voice Direct delivers quality voice leads through careful management of sellers, marketing sources, and offer messages.
- Sellers are hand picked from a select group of industry leaders and their lead performance is closely monitored using customer feedback
- Leads are generated from ads run on top marketing sources such as national TV, radio, and print from premium content providers (NBC, ABC, FOX, CNN, ESPN, etc.).
- LeadPoint works with sellers to ensure that their advertising messaging meets lead buyer needs and is never incentivized. Each Voice Direct lead is consumer initiated in response to this messaging and transferred directly to buyers.
Hot Transfers
LeadPoint Hot Transfers delivers quality voice leads by using only US call centers whose representatives are never incentivized. Each lead is qualified prior to transfer and sold only once, ensuring a live, highly interested, exclusive consumer.
Data Quality Management
LeadPoint delivers quality data leads by hand-picking and continuously monitoring all sellers. Each data lead submitted into the market goes through our robust BuyerProtect Program, a six step process that continuously works to improve the quality of leads that flow through the exchange.
LeadPoint BuyerProtect Program
Step 1 - SecureRights Consumer Protection
SecureRights, a third-party consumer advocacy organization, maintains a database of consumers who have requested not to be contacted regarding product offerings. LeadPoint screens leads against this database and prevents consumers who have requested not to be contacted from entering the market.
Step 2 – LeadPoint Data Validation
LeadPoint validates leads using internal databases and proprietary pattern recognition technology with over 34 million data points to verify the accuracy of consumer information.
Step 3 – Third-party Consumer Verification
Leads are screened in real time against leading third-party technologies including TARGUSinfo to confirm that consumer names match provided phone numbers and addresses.
Step 4 – SecureRights Quality Verification
LeadPoint has SecureRights call a sampling of leads from each seller to verify genuine consumer interest and monitor the quality of leads a seller submits to market.
Step 5 – Feedback & Returns
LeadPoint collects buyer feedback on leads and issues credit for returns in cases where invalid leads make it into the market.
Step 6 - Source Optimization
LeadPoint optimizes lead flow based on buyer feedback, increasing lead flow from high performing sources and reducing or eliminating lead flow from low-quality sources.
